Sr. Attorney for Private Equity Practice

Direct Counsel has partnered with an AmLaw Top 50 Law firm who is seeking a Sr. Attorney for their Private Equity Practice. This is for a cutting edge, growing team with a supportive and collegial culture.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance experience
• License to practice in the states for Boston, Century City, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York or Washinton D.C.
• Borrower side representation
• Strong preference for experience working with private equity sponsors
• General company-side representation are encouraged to apply

The ideal candidate will work with clients who are corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies. You will handle a high volume of mid cap and top tier transactions.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay starts at $310,000 per year for a 4th year attorney
