Position Overview:
Sway is looking for an experienced and passionate massage therapist. As a Sway massage therapist, you will provide personalized massage treatments to our guests rooted in education and hospitality. You will educate them about the importance of massage with your deep understanding of the benefits. You are excited at the opportunity to perform different treatments such as Sports Massage, Cupping, Deep Tissue, and CBD massage. Skills & Qualifications
Active State Licensed Massage Therapist
2-3+ years experience
Located in Denver
Able to perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Salt Stone, and CBD massage.
Experience with Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a plus
Experience with advances modalities such as Cupping is a plus
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Maintain the highest standard and quality of guest service and display genuine care and attention to detail.

Consistently record member preferences, accurately updating guest profiles and communicating any relevant information to other team members across all modalities to support optimal guest results
Ensure confidentiality of the guest is met at all times at all times including documenting guest SOAP notes
Report any guest complaints to the manager, so that they can be handled promptly and effectively.
Treatment Standards & Operations
Perform all treatments at an exceptional standard, as per protocols and standards taught in training
Carry out an in-depth consultation with each member prior to treatment, ensuring medical history and concerns are identified.
Provide a professional and safe massage, adhering to draping standards and guest privacy
Protect the member and guest experience by moving quietly around the treatment room and in corridors.
Use the correct quantities of products as specified in the spa-protocol and don’t exceed that amount.
Maintain linen and product levels in the treatment rooms, ensuring everything is stocked, clean and organized as per the club standards
Performs prep work, properly cleans and sterilizes all equipment, and replenishes rooms as per Sway club protocol
Actively promotes Sway treatments, retail, current promotions, etc.
Compensation:
Massage Therapists earn competitive wages per treatment with increased pay for advanced modalities, gratuity, and are eligible for bonuses and sale commissions.
$40-$60 a treatment
