We are currently seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our EPX.xd team. The EPX.xd team works closely with internal Enterprise products designed to help improve associates' experience to enable them to perform their jobs more efficiently and effectively. What You’ll Do:

Collaboration & Connection

1. Collaborating with technology, product, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs - then translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences
2. Participating in translating complex ideas into understandable concepts that evolve and enhance the product experience
3. Advocating for the customer through human centered design methods, including: discovery, research, whiteboarding sessions, and user testing
4. Championing prioritization of design centered product enhancements grounded in research and analysis
5. Connecting with design community peers by learning, sharing, and teaching
6. Working with partners and teams across various geographies
7. Embracing and advocating for an experience mindset - this is as important to the work as the results

Discovery & Delivery

1. Supporting early product definition by working with partners to participate in discovery sessions that uncover customer pain points and opportunities
2. Demonstrating familiarity with design tools to deliver concepts and enable successful collaboration across teams
3. Participate in end-to-end product design by:
1. Working with researchers to understand customer needs and define opportunities through usability and empathy studies
2. Creating process and user flows, wireframes, journey maps and interaction models, resulting in low to high fidelity prototypes
3. Designing within existing - and creating new - standards to contribute to our internal design system, best practices, and guidelines
4. Supporting effective storytelling and presentation of visual concepts to various stakeholders
5. Creating high fidelity design assets for acceptance, development, and delivery to market in partnership with technology colleagues

Basic Qualifications:

1. At least 4 years of experience with User Experience design

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience planning and/or facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams
2. Portfolio of work which includes examples of product and visual design
3. Experience working closely with developers and system architects
4. At least 2 years of experience with Complex Data Product Eco-Systems
5. At least 2 years of experience with visual design
6. At least 2 years of experience working with large Enterprise teams
7. Experience in Service Design or using Service Design methods and processes
