THE ROLE
Our AVS Consumer team operates with a startup-like culture, emphasizing speed, autonomy, and innovation. This team will be small but growing, with a focus on delivering high-impact consumer applications. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will be a key player in this team, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles as the team scales.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Play a pivotal role in developing/scaling consumer applications within the EigenLayer ecosystem that leverage AVSs, zkTLS and Consumer Rollups.
- Deliver high-quality applications that showcase the capabilities of Eigen's off-chain prover networks and drive the adoption of Eigen's verifiable cloud.
- Define technical strategy for consumer apps, aligning with the organization's broader mission to make Ethereum’s next biggest apps (EigenApps).
- Research and understand the diverse makeup of the Eigen Ecosystem and AVS architectures.
- Lead the development of SDKs and tools that empower external developers to build on Eigen’s technology.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- BS in Computer Science or related technical field (e.g., physics or mathematics).
- 5+ years of professional fullstack software experience w/ proven track record of building and scaling consumer applications.
- 3+ years with React, Node, Typescript or similar modern languages/frameworks.
- Familiarity with and an ability to integrate Smart contract systems.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in building scalable applications, particularly in a consumer-facing environment.
NICE TO HAVES
- Active participation in hackathons and technical community events.
- Prior experience shipping high-volume consumer apps especially in crypto/fintech space.
- Go or Rust.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $210,000 - $250,000 is the annual base salary. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, EigenLabs provides various employee benefits, including:
