HybridCompensation: $58,220 annually; benefits include health, life, and dental insurance, internet allowance, paid time off, and 401(k) profit sharing.The Career Consultant for Career Services Department is the primary point of contact for all program participants engaged in demographic and industry bridge programs. The Consultant provides continuous case management and follow-up services to program participants and motivates them to achieve their training and employment goals. They will support each participant in completing the eligibility process, developing a customized training plan, removing barriers through supportive service assistance, and assisting with training and job placement. The incumbent will be evaluated according to their ability to meet performance goals, including, the number of participants enrolled in the program, the number of participants completing training and attaining credentials, entering employment, retaining employment, and attaining wages of a specified standard. The Career Consultant must display initiative, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions consistent with program goals.The Career Consultant reports to the Coordinator, Career Services, and works closely with a network of industry partners, members of the American Job Center Community Network, and the Talent Acquisition and Education, Training, and Assessments Departments.
