Job Summary

JARONS FURNITURE OUTLET is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent our members on client support calls. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Experience in setting up service requests for customers a +

Qualifications:

Minimum two years of customer service experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

Computer Literate

Positive Attitude

Team player who can work independently
