We are a fast paced, high energy restaurant that features new American cuisine served in small plate / sharing environment. We have a great management team and a fantastic kitchen crew led by Chef Michael Maydeck. We are owned by Chef Jeffrey Stout, a former Michelin Starred Chef. Our menu is hyper-seasonal, meaning it changes almost every day with items coming on and off. We want great people with great attitudes.
