Position: Customer Service Representative
Position: Reports to the Customer Service Manager
Job Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
PAY RATE: $23.00 -$26.00 an Hour
This Customer Service Representative position is responsible for assisting customers by phone and via email. This role will communicate with customers, enter and review orders, check order statuses, answer basic product questions, respond to emails, resolve issues, and route calls as needed to provide an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities

  • Entering customer sales orders
  • Check the status of orders
  • Answering customer emails (questions, addressing concerns)
  • Navigate internal and external websites for customer issue resolution
  • Works with external departments to obtain information regarding missing components, solutions for issues, and product questions
  • Process RMA and tech support requests
  • Build good, strong relations with a customer base
Requirements
  • Associate degree or Some college preferred
  • All equivalent combinations of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be accepted
  • A minimum of 3 years of full-time related experience as a customer service representative, in a manufacturing company, preferably in lighting
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and familiar with ERP and CRM systems in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience using Epicor ERP a plus
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Great enthusiasm and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge in order management, pre-sale, and post-sale inquiries
