Firetrol Protection Systems, a leading provider of fire protection and life safety services, is seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Construction Foreman to join our team. As the Fire Sprinkler Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems.
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage a team of fire sprinkler technicians and helpers.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation of fire sprinkler systems.
Ensure that all installations and repairs are carried out in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
Provide training and guidance to team members on fire sprinkler system installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
Requirements
Prior experience as a fire sprinkler construction foreman or similar role.
Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Deep understanding of fire codes, regulations, and industry standards, such as NFPA 13, 20, and 25.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
