Job Requirements / Description

Lobo Logistics LLC islLooking for highly motivated person to ensure day to day operations run smoothlly. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data
  • Organizing files may include employee records and customer files
  • Creating reports
  • Answering phone and directing call to the appropriate person.
  • Maintaining information databases and spreadsheets
  • Accounts Receivable- Processing Customer Invoices
  • Accounts Payable- Posting Vendor Invoices
  • Responds to emails in a timely manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, correspondence and special projects

Qualification and skills prefered include:

  • Familiarity with office equipment including but not limited to copiers,scanners, computer
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, Quickbooks Software, Google Sheets
  • Strong organzational skills with ability to multitask
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must have excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a possitive work environment
  • Abitity to work independently and take initiative when needed
  • Problem solving Skills
