NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Care Center Supervisor to lead our team at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities

• Ensure proper chain of custody is maintained throughout the preparation process for the decedent; embalming, disinfecting, dressing, preparing, and casketing of the deceased using appropriate precautions and OSHA standards.
• Train all staff and strictly enforce all logging, identification, casket and cremation procedures.
• Always maintain reverence and respect for the deceased.

Qualifications

• Current Funeral Director and Embalmer License - Texas (or with the ability to reciprocate).
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong commitment to providing the highest level of customer care.
• Certified Crematory Operator License is preferred but not mandatory.
