Join Our Team

The Clinical Director is responsible for management of all clinical functions of the facility and treatment services. The Clinical Director is also responsible for providing effective leadership to the clinical staff, has knowledge of the organization, provides marketing support for the facility, and directs all activities within the facility in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations.

Clinical Director Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • Masters degree in applicable field
  • New Hampshire clinical license
  • Clinical experience with co-occurring disorders required
  • Clinical supervisory experience

Clinical Director Responsibilities

  • Execute clinical philosophy in programming through effective clinical curriculum, education, training, and clinical supervision and ensure that staff performance and client experience is consistent with highest standard of care
  • Direct management and supervision of Clinical Department including Primary Therapists, Clinical Supervisors, Case Managers, Group Facilitators and BHTs
  • Oversee the department's compliance with legal policies, guidelines, and standards
  • Ensure all medical records and other hospital documentation are current and within state and federal laws
  • Manage budgets and stay within budgeting allocations while developing cost-effective methods to provide services with effective and efficient staffing
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment.
  • Provide a safe and therapeutic environment to all staff and patients.
  • Perform other tasks, as assigned.

Pay: $100k - $140k
