Property Accountant

A Real Estate company in Naperville, IL is looking for a Property Accountant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting of a portfolio of properties, including month end close, financial analysis, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Location: Naperville (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to 95K DOE

Requirements:

• 3+ years Accounting experience
• 1+ years of Property Accounting experience
