Our client in healthcare, located in Jupiter FL, has partnered with enVision to identify a Director OR Manager level candidate in Financial Planning & Analysis reporting to the CFO.
Salary will range depending on the experience of the candidate. $120-145k plus bonus. This is a hybrid role (2 days remote/3 days in office).

Objective of this position: The Manager or Director of FP&A will be key in optimizing excellence in operational processes through data-driven insights and financial analysis by combining financial acumen with a deep understanding of operational processes and a focus on continuous improvement.
This person will focus on assisting the organization to achieve strategic objectives while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and manage the annual budget process, including collecting data, consolidating inputs, and preparing budget reports.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial plans and projections for future periods.
- Create financial forecasts to predict future revenues, expenses, and capital needs, including revising forecasts based on actual performance and changes in the business environment.
- Close collaboration with Operations, Finance, Clinical, and IT, to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Compliance and Risk Management.
- Supervise staff and provide coaching, training, and performance development, as needed
- Establish team, departmental and company metrics, KPIs and goals and hold the team accountable for results.
