Responsibilities
- Combine knowledge of Supply Chain & Manufacturing intelligence & analytics tools in the design and development of workbooks, dashboards, forms, and scripts in RapidResponse.
- Create, design, produce and maintain dashboards, workbooks, worksheets, etc. for RapidResponse application.
- Develop Proof of Concept to show how key business problems are addressed in RapidResponse.
- Provide maintenance & support for RapidResponse application.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or Computer Science or other relevant degrees with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced Kinaxis RapidResponse Workbook development including scripting & troubleshooting.
- Experience in Business Intelligence report writing.
- Experience with Database query techniques (e.g. Joins, filtering, expressions).
- Understanding of manufacturing analytics and MRP.
- Some exposure to Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Demantra, or Oracle ERP though not mandatory but will be highly preferred.
- Maintenance of the On-Premises RR Server & windows server administration.
- Administration and support for the Kinaxis Application.
- Taking care of different System Scheduled Tasks like Condense, Data Package, Weekly Restart.
- Ability to facilitate and lead collaboration, issues escalations, or program review meetings, with various project teams and extended teams across the globe.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- DevOps experience is a plus.
- Supply Chain certifications/training will be an asset (e.g., APICS - CSCP, CPIM, ISM - CPSM, etc.).

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
Colorado pay range: MIN 89,600 - Max $149,330
California Bay Area pay range: MIN $115,000 - Max $176,000
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region.
This role is eligible for Keysight Results Bonus Program.
