Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ability to create visual design comps from prototypes and wireframes.
2. Iterate on designs and experiences based on test results, research, product feedback, and analytics data.
3. Experience creating prototypes and wireframes for enterprise web and mobile applications.
4. Experience creating detailed designs and definitions for software engineers to implement.
5. Design, develop, and take ownership of UI style guides.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

Essential:

1. Three or more years of user experience (UX) design for enterprise web and mobile applications.
2. Experience with UI design patterns and user-centered design methodologies.
3. Working knowledge of Bootstrap frameworks, JavaScript/JQuery, HTML, CSS, Android, iOS.
4. Experience applying Google's Material Design principles into modern User Interface designs.
5. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
6. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
7. Experience working in an Agile / Scrum methodology.
