Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzerias has been serving traditional Neapolitan pizzas, pastas, salads, and more for over 20 years. We are excited to be opening our brand new restaurant location, Tutta Bella Seattle! We are proud to bring the newest Tutta Bella to Seattle's Denny Triangle neighborhood on the ground floor of The REN building, a 41 story luxury high rise. Tutta Bella Seattle brings to life our vision of the future of our Tutta Bella restaurants with an expanded menu of outstanding food offerings, an elevated bar program, and a refined dining room service program that builds on the polished casual experience that our guests have come to love.
We are looking for passionate Meet & Greets who can deliver the superior guest experience that compliments the beautiful brand new Tutta Bella Seattle restaurant space itself. We are looking for someone who shares and embraces Tutta Bella's obsession with food quality and service excellence. To be successful, you must care about both your team and your guests. You must sweat the details. Our Meet & Greets provide the first welcome to our guests as they enter our restaurant, and often provide a fond farewell as they leave. This impression is critically important.
As a Meet & Greet, you will be part of Tutta Bella Seattle's dining room team along with bartenders, baristas, servers, and a leadership team who is committed to your daily success and growth.
Tutta Bella Seattle is scheduled to open in early October 2024. Until it opens, you will train and work at our current South Lake Union Tutta Bella location until our team moves just a few blocks east to their new home at the Tutta Bella Seattle restaurant!
Compensation:
- $17.25 per hour in base wage.
- Tips are shared through a tip-pool on a biweekly basis. While we cannot guarantee tip amounts, starting employees can expect to earn $4-$6 per hour in tips. Top tier employees can expect to earn $10-$14 per hour in tips.
- Our tip-pools are a material statement of our values and that while different positions have different duties, every team member in our restaurants shares in the responsibility to provide our guests with an outstanding experience. Our tip-pools reflect this shared responsibility by distributing all tips collected during each two-week pay period evenly to all tip-eligible employees based on hours worked and a service tier that is based on demonstration of skills and living our values at work. We embrace the sense of equity that comes from abandoning the, "my table, my tips," attitude in favor of an, "our restaurant, our tips," one.

- Paid time off (PTO) in accordance with the Seattle Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) ordinance. With an annual accrual of 52 hours earned at a rate of 1 hour of PTO/PSST per 40 hours worked.

- Servers must be able to work on their feet for periods of up to 3 hours at a time.
- This position requires frequent use of illuminated screens.
- The position requires frequent crouching, lifting and carrying.
- Meet and Greets must be able to lift up to 40 pounds without undue strain.
- This position also requires periodic heavier team lifting with another employee or vendor.
- This position requires repetitive hand and wrist motions.
Work Environment:
Work is generally performed indoors or on outdoor patios for limited periods of time. Work is sometimes performed around potentially hazardous equipment including pizza ovens and dishwashers.
