Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team supporting the rapidly growing Structural Interventions franchise. This role plays a crucial part in managing the P&L and ensuring financial compliance across the organization.What You’ll Work OnP&L Management: Oversee and manage the P&L for the sales operations across four franchises, ensuring accurate financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining high standards of financial integrity and compliance.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives, driving profitability and growth across the franchises.Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, franchise managers, and executive leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to streamline financial operations, enhance accuracy, and optimize resources.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance.Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial analysis, and reporting.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.Preferred QualificationsMBA or CPA preferred.Experience in the Medical Device Industry is a plus.Apply Now ( who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
