What we're looking for:
- At least two years of experience as a Line Cook.
- Effective communication skills in English. (spanish is a plus, but not required)
- Ability to organize, prioritize and anticipate
- Ability to be flexible and always maintain a curious demeanor
- Thorough knowledge of food handling practices
- Culinary skills and knowledge necessary to execute a station.
- You will help monitor kitchen standard operating procedures to ensure food safety and consistency with the brand's standards
- You will ensure DOH standards are always followed and that the kitchen is ready to get an "A" at any moment's notice!
- A good nature and positive attitude. (ability to be adaptable)
- Must be at least 18 years old
