From start to finish you are responsible for the production of quality fiberglass products. Working in our busy manufacturing shop, you will be on your feet moving quickly through the tasks of your day helping us meet customer needs. What we do here is specialized and we are willing to train new hires that have the qualities needed to be successful in this role.Reporting to our operations manager, you’ll work on a close knit team; theability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team is imperative.A highlight of your day-to-day may include:Performing general, manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.Setting up, troubleshooting and adjusting equipment.Operating machines and equipment or using hand tools to cut, shape, splice and fit.Performing cleanup (including, but not limited to, restacking, scrap hauling, delivering products to line for packing and shipping).Reading production drawings.Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORYou’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment. You like to work with your hands, are able to lift up to 50 pounds and you aren’t afraid to get dirty. You have experience with fiberglass, composite, and/or plastic fabrication (preferred, but not required). You have the ability to work with production drawings and use measuring tools. You enjoy seeing a task through to completion and take pride in your work. You don’t take shortcuts.
