Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of real estate agents, including training and development opportunities.
- Oversee compliance with real estate regulations and company policies to ensure ethical and legal practices.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new agents, ensuring a strong team of professionals.
- Analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions and recommendations for business growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated recruiting experience.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Compensation
$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
