As the Broker In Charge, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing agent engagement and development. You will be the go-to resource for our agents, guiding them through their professional journey and ensuring a seamless transition into our office culture. Your mission will be to inspire and elevate the performance of our associates while creating a supportive and communicative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of real estate agents, including training and development opportunities.
  • Oversee compliance with real estate regulations and company policies to ensure ethical and legal practices.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new agents, ensuring a strong team of professionals.
  • Analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions and recommendations for business growth.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated recruiting experience.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Compensation

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
