Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate the organization’s capabilities to align with evolving business needs.
- Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing talent quality and improving retention strategies.
- Collaborate with clients on workforce planning, offering guidance on budget considerations, timelines, and strategic organizational direction.
- Oversee talent development programs, including succession planning, leadership assessments, executive coaching, talent reviews, performance management, and career growth planning.
- Generate and assess talent metrics, derive actionable insights, and leverage them to address business challenges, spot trends, and optimize processes.
- Embody the company’s core values while driving cultural improvement, change management, and organizational transformation efforts.
- Measure employee engagement levels and lead the design and implementation of effective engagement strategies.
- Offer guidance through coaching and mentoring, providing expert advice on complex employee relations, organizational structures, and business continuity matters.
- Ensure HR compliance by adhering to company policies, procedures, and local, regional, and national regulations.
This is a Hybrid position based in Austin, Texas.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 8+ years of leading HR generalist and/or Talent Management positions.
- English and Spanish fluency required (at least C1 or C2 in both languages).
- Experience reporting to C-Levels or CEOs.
- Experience in multinational or regional companies.
