The Chicago office of our Am Law 200 client is seeking an associate who has 3-5 years of experience defending companies and corporate executives in antitrust and class action litigation. This attorney will defend companies charged with violating the Sherman Act as well as banks, financial service companies, and finance companies from class actions arising under the FCRA, TCPA, FDCPA, and EFTA, and matters involving consumer fraud. Substantial federal court litigation experience is preferred. This is a great opportunity to join a growing antitrust and class action defense litigation practice.
