JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Bookkeeper is responsible for the financial operations of tenant accounts and vendor payments, and completes general clerical duties relative to billing, accounts receivable/payable, or other business-related transactions.JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Requirements: 1 year of property management experience
1.ÂÂ ÂPrepares reports of expenditures and invoice payments, and balances ledgers.
2.ÂÂ ÂMaintains records of all applicable transactions.
3.ÂÂ ÂMaintains owner/tenant/vendor files with proper financial documentation.
4.ÂÂ ÂPays vendors and all invoices related to the property in a timely manner and from appropriate accounts, forwarding bills to appropriate manager for signature and review.
5.ÂÂ ÂCreates and provides end-of-month financial statements for property owners, accounting for every cent utilized in the management of the property and calculating the appropriate management fees.
6.ÂÂ ÂInteracts with owners, tenants, and vendors on a regular basis along with interacting with other property management staff to meet client's needs.
7.ÂÂ ÂMay process rent payments and three-day notices.
8.ÂÂ ÂMay serve as an assistant to the accounting, billing, or a related department.

The hourly range for this position isÂ$16.87 - $23.08 (Newport Beach, CA)
Additional Compensation :
- Corporate Positions :ÂInÂaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateÂinÂan annual bonus program based onÂindividual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Positions :ÂInÂaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateÂin weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
