IT Solutions Architect

This company is a global leader in designing and manufacturing technology for various industries, including automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications.

In this role you will be responsible for:

1. Plan and implement modern IT infrastructure architectures in collaboration with the Enterprise Solution Architect.
2. Build and operate new IT platforms, both in the cloud and on-premise.
3. Establish operational and development processes.
4. Design and further develop IT architectures based on the IT strategy for specific process groups.
5. Operate and continuously develop existing IT systems using modern automation tools.
6. Evaluate and present new technologies for their suitability in the IT infrastructure.
7. Manage external service providers within the scope of tasks and projects.
8. Define standards for IT architectures and audit their compliance.
9. Participate in international IT projects.
10. Implement requirement, incident, problem, and change management for IT infrastructure components.
11. Identify market and technology trends in digital transformation and derive innovation and IT solution projects to modernize the global IT landscape.

Essential Skills:

1. A successfully completed degree in computer science, economics, or comparable vocational training/study.
2. Several years of experience in the conception, implementation, and maintenance of architectural solutions and management of IT projects.
3. Expertise in server virtualization (VMware), current MS servers, SAN/Storage (Datacore), Cloud, MS Azure, AWS, M365, Backup, and Network.
4. IT knowledge regarding MS Office and SAP.
5. Fluent English skills.
