What you will bring
- Review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and S-corporations
- Handle federal and state income tax audits as appropriate
- Prepare tax research and tax projections
- Anticipate, identify and resolve complex project issues
- Support the partner team in identifying and planning the development of strategy, objectives and budgets
- Identify and develop new initiatives to
- Engage in ongoing personal development
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at a public accounting firm in a tax-related position
- Strong organizational, writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Capable of maintaining a positive working relationship with clients and coworkers
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise
