Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and legal support.
- Lead and guide complex legal transactions and litigation practices.
- Maintain personal book of business while fostering new opportunities for growth and collaboration within the firm.
- Execute a strategic business and marketing plan targeted at ensuring client retention and acquisition.
- Participate actively in firm management, including decision-making processes and initiatives that drive firm success.
- Cultivate firm culture of flexibility, inclusiveness, and modern practice norms, encouraging professional growth and work-life balance among all staff.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Senior Associate, Counsel, or Partner at an AmLaw 200 firm.
- Minimum of $1 million in portable business.
- Graduate of a top-tier law school with outstanding academic credentials.
- Proven track record of excellence in practice areas such as Corporate Law, M&A, Commercial Real Estate, Litigation, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with a notable ability to manage and mentor junior attorneys and staff.
- Exceptional legal skill set with demonstrated expertise in chosen legal fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading within AmLaw 100 law firms.
- Substantial network and reputation within the legal industry.
- Ability to innovate and implement practice enhancements based on industry trends and technological advancements.
- In-depth knowledge and practice within niche legal areas such as FinTech, Data Privacy, AI, and Cannabis Law.
- Active involvement in legal thought leadership and community engagement.
