- Assist the surgical team during operations and ensure the operating room is prepared and ready for procedures.
- Maintain a sterile environment and ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are available and in optimal condition.
- Follow established safety guidelines and protocols to support a safe and effective surgical environment.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to provide exemplary patient care.
- Participate in surgical room turnover and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed.
- Support the orientation of new staff as needed and promote a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of procedures and inventory management.
