Electrical Project Manager

An outstanding, full-time opportunity has become available for an Electrical Project Manager in the West Hollywood area. This role earns a generous base salary and fantastic benefits package that includes a Company Truck, Gas Card, 401k plan, PTO, Sick pay and other terrific perks.

Required work experience includes:

1. 5+ years of Electrical Installation experience with Residential projects, including New and Existing Construction is a MUST .
2. Previous experience with High-End/Luxury Residential projects in Beverly Hills/Malibu areas of LA are a BIG PLUS .
3. Experience with Construction Administration responsibilities including Project Management, Oversee Submittals and Change Orders, Monitoring Inventory Tracking, conducting meetings with Clients, Architects, etc. is a MUST .
4. Clean Driving history and willingness to travel to various job sites throughout LA county (with company vehicle and gas card) is a MUST .
5. Ability to pass a Drug Test and Background Check is a MUST .
6. Journeyman Electrician certification in California is a MUST .
