HR / Payroll Coordinator

Vaco LA is working with a company in the manufacturing industry who is looking for a qualified HR Generalist to help support their HR department. This opportunity is located up in They Valley and will be fully in the office. This opportunity is a fantastic temp to hire and is looking to pay up to $27/hr.

Job Specifications:

• Help with all new hire onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment efforts
• Providing Payroll, Compensation, and benefits support
• Handle all HR employee relations efforts
• Implementations of HR processes and procedures

Job Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of HR Coordinator/Generalist support
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry preferred
