We work with an international and diverse clientele, guiding our clients through the entire project—from feasibility studies to specifying items from finishing to furniture – culminating in a stunning prefabricated home, delivered and assembled on-site.

YOU

We are seeking a full-time Project Architect in our Somerville office.

Example responsibilities:

  • Project Architect for a portfolio of high-end custom home projects
  • Lead Schematic Design through the creation of original design work; presenting designs to sophisticated clients via zoom
  • Oversee Design Development, Detailing, and Material and Specification Selection
  • Shepherd clients through a structured design and production process; reviewing drawings and details with staff and clients; managing expectations vis a vis budget, timeline, and deliverables; leveraging a complete internal support team
  • Perform Site Visits
  • Coordinate, develop and maintain relationships with consultants
  • Professional Degree in Architecture: Licensure is preferred, but not required
  • 10-plus years’ experience in client and project management
  • 10-plus years’ experience working with construction documents
  • A portfolio of high-quality single family residential design work
  • Extensive experience conducting site visits and undertaking construction observation
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and Excel
  • Experience coordinating consultants
