In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Utilize diverse data sources to create models predicting revenue expansion and churn, while identifying key events in the customer lifecycle.
- Gather and interpret customer needs, and stakeholder feedback to enhance model accuracy and develop new capabilities.
- Innovate in data science and machine learning, providing thought leadership around generative AI.
- Collaborate with engineering to build reliable, scalable, and observable data science infrastructure.

This role requires you to have:
- Masters in Computer Science or related field; PhD preferred.
- 7+ years of experience as a data scientist in a high-growth startup environment.
- Proficiency in machine learning, causal inference, experimentation, product analytics, revenue analysis, statistics, and optimization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
