Frontera Health is developing a tech-enabled platform to provide pediatric therapies for rural families in need. Our platform leverages AI/ML to establish the foundational video-based data model for early intervention and developmental disorders. Product Manager

The Product Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving development and growth of Frontera Health’s healthcare products and services. This individual will oversee product strategy, roadmap development, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in early-stage companies, a deep understanding of AI and machine learning, and experience collaborating with global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a long-term product vision that aligns with Frontera Health’s strategic objectives.
  • Product Portfolio Management: Oversee part of the product portfolio, prioritizing initiatives, and allocating resources effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality products, with a focus on leveraging AI and machine learning.
  • Financial Performance: Drive product revenue and profitability through effective pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, clinicians, executives, and global partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of product management experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in early-stage companies.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in healthcare.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams and managing cross-cultural projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience leading and mentoring product managers.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare IT systems and platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.

Expected salary range in Denver:

$125,000 - $165,000 USD
