What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
- Passion for helping customers navigate tax complexities
What You Need: Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Must be willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
What You Will Do: Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. This is a virtual, customer-facing role, using state of the art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
