Management Training Program Participant

Waterway is hiring for its renowned Manager Training and Development Program.

The Management Training Program at Waterway Carwash provides a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of running a successful business while being active and outdoors. Participants in the program will receive hands-on experience and mentorship to fast-track their way through the highly structured Learn to Lead ® Manager Development Program.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Manage daily operations and maintain high service standards
• Lead, manage, and supervise employees to develop a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• At least 16 years of age
• Must have an associate's degree or at least 2 years' relevant experience
• Available to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
