Credit Analyst

Accountants One has been hired by a repeat Fortune 500 manufacturing client to assist them in finding a credit analyst to join their team. This global manufacturing company is HQ in Atlanta.

The credit analyst will ensure that customer credit risk is properly evaluated and monitored to optimize working capital and profitability for a specific customer portfolio, and will work with the Credit Team and business management leveraging customer credit information to promote Company revenue/earnings growth. Responsibilities will focus on the evaluation/management of risk, monitoring customer payment performance, and engagement with internal / customer contacts to proactively identify & resolve issues that impede performance.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of professional experience, including exposure to the Order to Cash cycle
• Demonstrated understanding of credit risk, collections, customer disputes & working capital management
• Superior written & verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, primarily Excel
• Strong analytical skills & desire to identify/implement process improvements
• Discretion is essential
• Manufacturing experience a plus
• SAP experience a plus
• Hyperion and QlikView reporting tools are a plus
