Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team and assist the local branch as a Credit Collection Associate for KONE Trumbull, CT ? Following training, this position will support a hybrid schedule of three days in-office, two days remote.
Do youhave a background in successfully handling a collections dispute process from beginning to end?
Are you able to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals?
Have you developed a proficiency with office management tools (e.g. Excel, SAP Microsoft Office Suite, etc.?)
Do you have thetenacity and perseverance to see an objective through to completion?
Have you been successful in documenting status updates/details to present to stakeholders?

As our Credit Collection Associate , you will perform a variety of credit collection tasks related to our branch operations including initial contact with customer, request action/follow-up appropriately, and record disputes. Disputes are facilitated by you as you coordinate with the appropriate parties.
You will bring 5+ years of relevant B2B Collections expertise and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your associates’ degree in a related field or an additional 10+ years of experience. Proficiency in SAP/Excel/GAP is required to be successful in this role.

Budgeted Salary Range: 70,520.00 – 96,965.00
