As we expand, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team as a foundational sales-maker. This is not just a job-it's a career development opportunity with a clear path to towards leadership responsibilities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our B2B SaaS client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Consistently crush sales targets.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle sales closing.
- Proven track record in exceeding customer acquisition and growth targets.
- Experience in construction technology is a plus but not required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Highly competitive and motivated to succeed.
- Ability to start immediately is preferred.

- Compensation (USD)
- $110-125K Base, $200-250K OTE, Signing Bonus, Stock Option Grant, 3 weeks paid vacation, 2% pension contribution, premium health benefits 100% covered for the employee
