- Greet customers with a friendly smile and assess their vehicle service needs
- Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain clear and open communication with customers throughout the service process
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Manager or in a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
