We’re looking for our next Customer Success Associate to join the School Success team in the United States. Edpuzzle is a leading edtech company with offices in San Francisco and Barcelona, helping teachers find and create exciting, interactive video lessons. About the job:

  1. Work hand-in-hand with districts and schools to help our school customers get the most out of Edpuzzle’s platform, ensuring proper onboarding, training, tech integrations, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Navigate multi-level district relationships from department and program directors, Principals, Tech coaches, and Teachers.
  3. Understand and optimize the customer journey.
  4. Manage relationships with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  5. Personally manage escalations and follow a methodical escalation process to Customer Support, Product Team, and Sales.
  6. Deeply understand our customers’ objectives and become a trusted right-hand advisor.
  7. Gather feedback from other departments to improve the customer experience.
  8. Support alignment with Renewals/Expansion with the Sales Team.
  9. Track key metrics for your region.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

About you:

  1. Client Management: Able to manage, coordinate, and oversee interactions with existing clients.
  2. Project Management: Effectively manage large-scale projects by breaking them into achievable pieces.
  3. Presentation and Training: Ability to deliver strong presentations or training to groups on Edpuzzle platform.
  4. Relationship Building: Build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  5. Communication: Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization.
  6. Self-Starter: Navigate ambiguous tasks and move projects forward independently.
  7. Organization Skills: Work independently and reach deadlines effectively.
  8. Strategic Thinking: Create a strategic direction linked to long-term objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience working in K-12 schools or districts as a Teacher or Administrator.
  3. Knowledge of edtech software or education curriculum.
  4. Experience presenting to large groups of teachers or stakeholders.
  5. Professional development and/or training experience.

Travel requirements: 50%

Bonus skills:

Experience using CRM such as Salesforce.
