Position Overview: We are seeking a highly capable and organized full-time contractor to join our team. This role combines responsibilities in technology change management administration and application management rationalization. The ideal candidate will excel in managing and overseeing technology change program administration.
Financial Services experience required
Technology Change Management Administration:
- Administer and manage the technology change program ensuring smooth and effective operations.
- Update and maintain meeting minutes ensuring all decisions and actions are accurately recorded and tracked.
- Organize and manage documentation related to technology changes ensuring completeness and accessibility.
- Assess changes for completeness and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with change management policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure awareness and understanding of change management processes and updates.
