Summary
The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the quality of printed products by leveraging their deep understanding of Japanese printing technology. This position involves selecting and managing OEM partners in the U.S., overseeing quality control, conducting testing, and facilitating technical discussions. The Specialist will also act as a bridge between the Japanese headquarters and local operations, coordinating project schedules, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.
Essential Duties
- Printing Technology and Quality Control: Ensure deep understanding of Japanese printing technology and oversee processes to maintain quality standards. Conduct quality checks and testing on printed materials to ensure high-quality products.
- Factory Selection and OEM Management: Select factories within the U.S. and secure optimal OEM partners. Manage the OEM process, facilitating technical discussions and collaborating with factories to ensure smooth production.
- Technical Communication: Handle technical negotiations and coordination with OEM factories, optimizing the production process. Leverage expertise in printing technology to adjust quality standards and product specifications.
- Liaison with Japanese Headquarters: Collaborate closely with the headquarters in Japan to support the progression of manufacturing projects. Act as a bridge, conveying HQ’s quality standards and requirements accurately while managing projects locally in a project management capacity.
- Project Management: Manage project schedules, delivery timelines, and quality inspection processes to ensure on-time product delivery.

- Qualifications Knowledge and practical experience in printing technology (Preferred)
