Job Description
The position is based out of US. Preference will be given to candidates operating out of Austin or Dallas. However, the option is open for other candidates based on East-Coast.
The candidate should have experience of more than 15 years in the BPO industry, out of which he/she should have spent a minimum of 10 years in direct sales. Should have closed a minimum of 4 deals for revenues of not less than US$ 10 million in the last two to three years.
He/she should have sold India as a destination to US companies looking for outsourcing and be familiar with the challenges of selling India as a destination.
Should be familiar with BFSI, Collections, Telecom, and/or Customer Care verticals. Must be familiar with BPO terminology and basic IT issues.
Should be a self-starter. Generating leads and closing them individually is key. Excellent in presentation, client negotiation, and relationship management is required.
Looking for a “hunter” and not a “farmer”. The individual should not be dependent on others for getting leads.
This position reports to the COO based in India. Final interviews will be with the COO and CEO of the company.
