Responsibilities

Provides administrative record keeping and file maintenance support.  The File Clerk will review incoming Human Resources mail for immediate scanning, distribution, and filing so that Human Resources notices are promptly responded to.  The File Clerk will help maintain the Human Resources Departments files keeping them up to date and organized for quick retrieval.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required qualifications:

1.    High School Diploma (effective 3/1/19 for all new hires)

2.    Experience with Microsoft Office required.

Preferred qualifications:

1.    Some college education

2.    Preferred experience includes prior work in Human Resources as either an administrative assistant, or file clerk.

3.    Familiarity with Human Resources documents.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $21.00 to $21.59. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
