Mission :  

The core mission of the Inside Sales Representative is to increase revenue of Plunge Pools. The Inside Sales Representative will be expected to qualify, follow-up, nurture and support the conversion of leads generated by marketing, direct sellers and dealers.  


Responsibilities  

  • Act as communication bridge between customers, dealer network, marketing and internal operations teams 
  • Qualify leads from websites, social media, sellers and dealers  
  • Nurture leads using HubSpot  
  • Work with the dealers, sellers and marketing to convert leads into revenue 
  • Create customer-facing email marketing campaigns, newsletters and other types of marketing communications 
  • Track and measure KPIs, create reports and dashboards 
  • Respond diligently to client questions and concerns; create positive pre-sale customer experience  
  • Maintain the customer database 
  • Attend sales and marketing meetings to align on business needs and goals 
  • Communicate the brand image and brand values consistently  

 

Qualifications  

  • Proven experience in HubSpot 
  • WordPress knowledge 
  • Excellent communication skills, both email and oral 
  • Analytical skills 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • Customer service experience 
  • Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving 
  • Google Business Suite (Docs, Sheets)
