Key Responsibilities:
- Repair small engines, ag equipment, and diesel engines (John Deere, Lyons, and more)
- Maintain tools and service equipment in peak condition
- Ensure timely, accurate maintenance and repairs
- Communicate openly and work effectively within a team
Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED (Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 2 years of experience in Diesel Tech/Mechanic, Ag Mechanic, or Small Engine Repair
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to cross-train on different equipment and learn new skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
