Description
Leidos is seeking Business Development Management Analysts to join our Business Development Leadership Program (BDLP).
The BDLP is a 2-2.5 year commitment designed to groom high potential employees for future roles through exposure to diverse work environments and mentorship by BD leaders.
The program offers rotational assignments such as Capture Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Sector BD Operations, Proposal Operations, and more. Participants will also receive specialized training and may engage in additional rotational opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Leadership abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of US Government's procurement process
- Experience in Business Development or Marketing
- Adaptability and self-motivation
- Ability to work in teams and under pressure
Pay Range: $53,950 - $97,525
