Fighters Market ( is a growing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Uniforms and Apparel business. Our goal is to provide our customers with a wide variety of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu supplies at competitive prices and with superior customer service. We are looking for a results-driven retail Sales Associate/Customer Support Specialist to be responsible for online AND in-store sales activities. The ideal employee will be able to provide excellent customer service, maintain high customer satisfaction, and exceed company expectations. Knowledge of the jiu-jitsu industry is a plus.
Schedule: 40 hr weeks, Monday to Friday 8:45am-5:15pm
Hourly Wage: $22 per hour

Sales Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Cross-sell products
- Collaborate with co-workers to ensure customer needs are met
- Build productive and trusting relationships with customers
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs, in order to achieve satisfaction
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner, and follow-up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage with customers
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a sales associate and/or relevant customer support experience
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English (proficiency in Portuguese is a plus but not required)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer oriented, and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 36 months of Sales & Customer Service experience
