Paladin is now LHH Recruitment Solutions! We are partnering with our Tigard, OR manufacturing client to recruit a Channel Sales Manager to join their team on a permanent, direct hire basis. In this role, you will focus on taking over and strategically growing relationships with channel partners in the industrial supply industry. You will be responsible for identifying areas of opportunity with retail channel partners, primarily focused on optimizing and driving growth with existing partners, but also finding opportunity to onboard new partners and channels. You should have a deep well of experience in channel sales, maintaining knowledge of best practices, requirements for these channels and similar. We're looking for 5+ years of dedicated channels sales or account management experience. Because of the unique nature of these products, partners and channels, there is a strong preference for experience in industrial products or similar industries. While your role will involve sales and growth of these channels, strategic oversight is also critical, as you will have the opportunity to establish some additional infrastructure for this function.


This is a primarily onsite role in Tigard, OR and will work on an early morning schedule to collaborate with partners across the US. You will join a team focused on growth and optimization where your subject matter expertise will be appreciated! Compensation ranges heavily based on experience but will be primarily base salary with opportunity for bonus based on channel growth. Base ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, with opportunity and flexibility upwards for additional experience and a strong fit. You will:

  • Assume and further grow relationships with existing resale channel partners in the industrial products and supply industry with a focus on process optimization
  • Identify opportunities for new channel partnerships and growth within existing partners
  • Maintain systematic knowledge of partner requirements, best practices and similar to ensure cohesion, consistency and satisfaction between partners and end buyers
  • Serve as a channel sales subject-matter expert, working with company leaders to further establish and optimize this program
  • Travel occasionally to meet with partners within the US and attend relevant events, trade shows, etc. (<20%)


Your experience should include:

  • 5+ years of channel sales, account management or similar experience
  • Experience in industrial products, manufacturing or similar and working with relevant channels for those projects, highly preferred
  • Expertise in managing relationships and growing sales with channel resale partners, required
  • CRM and ERP expertise
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Excellent communications skills with experience working across internal and partner teams
