Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for a Remote Customer Service Representative . This job is work from home but we are looking for candidates who reside in Ontario, CA . Please reply with an updated resume for consideration.
Type: Five - month contract with opportunity for extension or full-time offer
Pay: $19 - $21.50 per hour based on experience
Shift/Hours: 8:30AM - 5PM PST Monday - Friday
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep:
• Making upward of 80 calls per day
• Speaking with healthcare providers and office staff regarding claims and authorizations
Qualifications for the Customer Service Rep:
• High school diploma / GED
• HMO background with claims processing knowledge
• Previous call center experience
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
